I got Karen's name from the ad and I had called her to ask for advice on how can I purchase a home considering that I am fairly new in Tri-Cities and first time in America coming from a different country. I really appreciate the help that Karen gave both my mother and I with the sale of her condominium. The condo's interior was in poor condition but Karen came in with a positive attitude and price information to help the condo sell before it was even listed. Since I live out of town Karen was my eyes and ears for the needed repairs. She even went to the nursing home to have my mother sign some needed documents. Karen's help was so valuable I would use her again in a heartbeat !

I can only say again, that Karen Buchanan did a fantastic job dealing with selling my home, which was from my Mother's estate. It was one of the last things I needed to do to finally get the estate settled. Knowing this, Karen just ran with it and before I knew it we were done.
